What we are looking for: 

We are looking for talented customer service professionals for our contact center who have a passion for the metaphysical and a ‘can-do’ problem-solving spirit! This position supports various brands including California Psychics. If this sounds like you then you might be the candidate we’re looking for! 

This is a 100% remote position for residents of Texas and Nevada only. A strong and reliable internet connection as well as a quiet place to work are required.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer questions or concerns via chat and phone communications
  • Open customer accounts by recording account information
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Provide effective and timely resolutions to all customer issues and concerns
  • Expeditiously answer incoming calls from existing customers and new customers
  • Provide premier customer service and have a strong ability to up-sell
  • Resourcefully resolve customer issues/concerns
  • Complete quality assurance assessments
  • Test/role-play calls
  • Adhere to lunch and break schedules
  • Follow department attendance policy and guidelines
  • Stay up to date on policies and procedures
  • Complete new hire training

 

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Knowledge and/or interest in spiritual/new age, metaphysical and/or psychic arts
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer service and/or an up-selling environment
  • Typing speed: 45 wpm 
  • High-speed internet connection required
  • Quiet space to work at home
  • High school diploma or its equivalent 

Bonus Points:

  • College Degree 
  • Sales and/or customer service training
  • Knowledge of internet applications
  • Knowledge of personal computer in a Windows environment 
  • Previous experience working in a call-center environment
