Job Purpose
Provide internal and external customers with a single point of contact with regard to order administration, pricing and other non-technical service issues. Proactively manages customer needs, identifying issues and providing resolutions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Processing of customer repair purchase orders, in a timely and accurate fashion including matching purchase orders to seal sent in for repair.
- Cross-trained on recording and un-boxing of incoming repairs.
- Cross-trained to add K1 parts to repair work orders.
- Follow-up and coordination of problematic orders.
- Communicate quotes and lead times with customers.
- Follow up with internal and external customers regarding information needed to process repair orders.
- Coordinating with Workshop & Progressing departments to ensure customer requested delivery dates are achieved.
