Status: Exempt

Travel: 20%

Supervisor: VP Sales & Marketing

Salary Range: 100K-120K

Location: Milwaukee, Denver or Phoenix

 

 

Sales Manager Integrated Systems oversees and actively participates in the planning, execution, and measurement of Clearwing’s Systems Integration’s installed/integrated systems related sales. This position is responsible for leading and developing the Systems Sales & Design team. The Sales Manager will also actively participate in day-to-day sales related projects, tasks, and activities. This position will also have some sales responsibilities and a sales quota (to be determined).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Work with VP of Sales & Marketing to determine best practices.
  • Develop and accomplish Annual, 3-year, 5-year goals with VP Sales & Marketing and VP Systems Integration
  • Maintain desired level of GP and Revenue as to meet or exceed annual budget required by the continuing operation and game plan of Systems.
  • Lead weekly sales meetings with the Sales & Design team.
  • Conduct one on one meeting with each member of the team at least once every two weeks.
  • Set individual KPMs for each member of the team on an annual basis.
  • Maintain CRM/ERP sales pipeline & statuses.
  • Review and approve proposals to ensure consistency in equipment and labor pricing.
  • Work with sales staff and clients to resolve conflict or complaints.
  • Work with sales staff to maintain appropriate project & construction scope/size
  • Monitor competitive activity and develop plans and contingencies to protect marketplace position and mitigate threats. Translate the data into insights to identify sales and marketing opportunities.
  • Work with Marketing Manager and VP of Sales to assess marketing needs and long-term marketing strategy.
  • Work with other Directors of Sales/Sales Mangers to keep uniformity in the brand and messaging from Sales Team.
  • Work closely with VP Systems Integration and Systems Integration’s Team One to create new salesprotocols/processes as well as adjust existing processes.
  • Ensure established sales protocols, procedures, and processes are being followed.
  • Ensure marketing leads are being followed up on appropriately.
  • Maintain up to date forecast for monthly reporting.
  • Quarterly trips to offices for in person meetings.
  • Conduct site surveys as necessary
  • Trade show attendance as necessary
  • Manage Employees in HRIS System (timecards, PTO, UTO, etc.)

  • Ability to bend, twist, stretch, push, pull and carry, lift 50-75 lbs.
  • Sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Walk up and down stairs/ladders
  • Work in various temperatures and outdoor weather conditions
  • May work "on-call" as needed including some nights and weekends
