Requirements
- Advanced understanding of GMP, HACCP, FSMA, Safe Quality Food Principles, Food Defense Principles & Quality Management Systems, CIP, Sanitary Design, and CAPA (Corrective Action/Preventive Action)/Root Cause Analysis
- Proven track record of successful internal and external GFSI audit scoring
- 5 years of management experience within a Quality leadership role. Preferred experience in beverage manufacturing
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry, Food Engineering or related degree preferred
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects/workload
- Demonstrated experience collaborating, influencing and communicating effectively across all levels and teams across the organization
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Leadership and teaching skills
