Tex Kringle’s Fun Works, Inc is looking for magical Christmas talent to play a role for this holiday season at Santa’s Wonderland! Tex Kringle’s Fun Works, Inc contracts to Santa’s Wonderland to provide them with the ultimate Christmas experience aboard one of our many shuttles! Santa’s Wonderland is the biggest Christmas attraction in the entire state, who is here to create a memory and deliver the “Ultimate Texas Christmas Experience” for guests! So, come and join this Texas-Sized Christmas celebration and be a part of the biggest Christmas tradition in Texas history!

 

Applicants must be available from November 10, 2023 through December 30, 2023.

 

Must be available nights, weekends, and Holidays

 

Position starts at $18 an hour + Holiday Pay

 

Role

As a Bus Driver at Santa’s Wonderland, you will be shuttling our guests from the off-site parking lots to the park and return them back to their vehicle. The top priority of this role is to maintain the safety of guests and employees at Santa’s Wonderland. In addition, you are responsible for keeping the “Santa’s Wonderland atmosphere” maintained on the shuttles! You will offer an exceptional personality, appearance, and demeanor to set the stage for an outstanding Texas Christmas Experience. In this role, you are to greet every guest when they step on your bus, as well as wish them well when they get off the bus. This role is crucial to make connections with guests from the first moment they arrive to the park, until the last moment before they leave Santa’s Wonderland.

 

Hours

This position requires early arrivals as the parking lots open one hour prior to park opening. The expected arrival times are 4:45p on the weekdays, and 1:45p on the weekends.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Must have a Class B CDL driver’s license with a passenger endorsement and current medical certificate.
  • A clean driving record and ability to meet federal and state driving standards (including regular federally required drug testing).
  • Experience with professional driving and basic vehicle maintenance preferred.
  • Excellent communication between all team members.
  • Outgoing/Personable/Friendly/Smile
  • Team oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Must be friendly and outgoing with high customer service acumen.

 

Physical Requirements

  • Must be in good physical condition to sit for extended periods, bend, reach, climb stairs, and must be able to meet DMV vision requirements.
  • Must be able to work outdoors for extended periods of time, as they may be exposed to rain, sun, and high and low temperatures.
  • Must frequently use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; must reach with hands and arms.
  • Must be able to lift 35 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
