Position Overview:


BellXcel is searching for a proven growth marketing leader to build and drive the strategy and execution of all growth generation initiatives across the entire customer journey. This high-visibility position reports directly to the head of marketing & communications and plays a critical role accelerating growth for the organization. An exceptional ability to unlock powerful ways to bring BellXcels unique messaging to the market is key to this exciting role.


Position Accountabilities


The Director, Growth Marketing is responsible for architecting and driving a robust customer journey that includes all aspects of the sales funnel from top of the funnel brand awareness all the way through customer retention.


Specific accountabilities include:


Develop and launch integrated, cross-channel marketing campaigns designed to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.
Create and execute strategies for inbound marketing, paid search, paid social, email, account-based marketing, events/tradeshows, webinars and more.
Ensure SEO best practices are optimized across all digital channels.
Strategize activities to promote increased engagement and utilization of BellXcel by current customers.
Closely monitor key performance metrics of marketing activities to make data-driven adjustments to increase ROI.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales and service.
Align with product marketing to ensure activities and messaging are in lock-step
Apply insights from BellXcels market trends to inform and create high-relevance lead gen activities.


Position Requirements:


8+ years of experience in demand generation/growth marketing in B2B SaaS environment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic virtual work environment, with hypergrowth strategy experience.
Highly experienced in creating, executing and optimizing marketing efforts across multiple channels social, email, search, advertising, etc. customized by market segment.
Experience with marketing automation platforms (i.e. Hubspot) & CRM tools (i.e. Salesforce)
Superior written, presenting, and interpersonal skills with ability to effectively interface and influence colleagues.
Ability to adapt to change with resilience and creativity.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, sales and customer success.
Bachelor of Arts or Science degree.
