Description

Summary

The eCommerce Sales Director is responsible for setting strategic direction with Asmodees key digital customers to achieve sales targets and trade spending objectives.

 

Essential Functions

  • Achieve yearly sales goals for each ECOM division.
  • Extensive experience with Amazon Web Store (AWS).
  • Develops and manages staff to achieve all KPIs.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor top line sales strategies to grow and guide ECOM Mass Market.
  • Propose ways to overcome possible headwinds in the market.
  • Implements agreed upon tactics for each division and monitors their effectiveness.
  • Delivers training designed to lift the skill set of team members.
  • Holds formal monthly performance reviews where action steps to improve performance is identified.
  • Protects the company by enforcing Mass Ecom Sales Strategies (MAPP).
  • Identifies and pursues new sales opportunities with the ECOM Mass marketplace Communicates effectively to team and management on gathered sales data.
  • Able to travel up to 25% of the time; sometimes with very little notice.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Education/Experience

  • Three to five years Ecom Sales Director Experience.
  • Four to six years experience managing staff required.
  • Three to five years sales and/or customer service experience required.
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience with standard office software.

  • Demonstrated track record of developing staff to succeed.
  • Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other teams and individuals.
