  • Position Summary

    • The Operations Associate will support Participate Learning’s Education Programs department and will report to the Operations Manager. This position involves key administrative and data-related tasks to ensure the Education Programs team can effectively deliver services, as well as communication among internal and external customers. In this role, the Operations Associate will help maintain program records in the company database, will respond to inquires from partner schools/districts, support inter-departmental processes, as well as support the Education Programs team with various needs through the school year cycle. 

  • Essential Functions

    • Provide daily support to the Education Programs team and partners throughout all stages of onboarding, implementation, and program management.

    • Update spreadsheets and databases and maintain department files, including those of a confidential nature.

    • Assist in the set-up and communication of assessments for Dual Language programs. 

    • Perform data analysis and generate reports regarding program assessments and overall program status on a routine and as-needed basis.

    • Support event preparation for program events and new teacher orientations, including scheduling, material preparation, communications, and other tasks.

    • Assist in the review and communication of instructional materials for Dual Language programs.

    • Prioritize administrative tasks, answer telephones & correspondence, and complete special projects as assigned.

    • Compile, copy, sort, file, update and maintain records of program activities and other activities as needed. 

    • Support program-related online platform needs and developments, including rostering, community development, and customer support.

Key Knowledge, Skill, Ability and Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Foreign Language, Global/International Studies or related field strongly preferred, or equivalent related work experience.

  • Experience working with Google Suite and Salesforce strongly preferred.

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other data management software strongly preferred.

  • Customer service experience preferred.

  • Highly organized and efficient, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, multitask, and follow directions

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and interpersonally in a dynamic environment.

  • Drive to problem-solve, learn, develop skills and grow as a professional
