Service and Repair HVAC Expert Job Summary:
The Service and Repair HVAC Technician performs and coordinates the installation and service of HVAC products and services in a residential setting.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Installation, repair, and maintenance of residential HVAC equipment and services
Determines general condition of all HVAC equipment, can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions, and determine the extent of necessary repairs
Works with and understands blueprints, airflow, and job specifications
Identify proper materials and material quantities for new and existing repair projects
Accurately present repair or installation options, and complete safety inspections
Provide all customers with new/renewal maintenance agreement program information Required
Maintain profitability of sold projects.
Maintaining all Materials and Labor.
Skills/Abilities:
Proven experience as an HVAC expert.
EPA Certification required "Type 2" or can be obtained within the first 90 days
Demonstrable ability to use HVAC and hand tools (e.g. VOHM meter, recovery machine etc.) and blueprints
Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability
Valid drivers license
