The CSR is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with vendors and team members in management and various other departments.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Receive orders from customers, review and enter
Issue WO or PO for order-specific production, email them
Watch order dates/route by dates, work with production & shipping for best result
Promptly communicate issues to customers and internally (dates need pushing out, item# or case pack questions)
Fill out customer item setup spreadsheets or item agreements
Maintain and circulate internally customers requirements (vendor guides/shipping manuals)
Customer questionnaires, product MSDS requests, factory capacity questions as needed
Research deductions, get PODs, and dispute or issue credit memos
Work with credit dept. and customer for short-pay resolution
Monitor inventory on hand and prompt for production when stock needs replenishing
Check and send inventory availability to customers that request it
Customer Quality Concern Report form & follow up
Make sure customer-specific item records are accurate and current
In-depth awareness of our custom consumer products items and account requirements
Maintain customer-specific records and transactions in Netsuite
Perform other duties as assigned.
