Conducts him or herself in accordance with all Department of Business and Professional Regulation standards and the Companys internal policies and procedures.
Patrols gaming areas and grounds to establish security presence and reports all unusual situations and suspicious persons.
Monitors through inspection and observations all activities within the facility..
Observes, records and reports any unusual incidents and occurrences including medical situations .
Provides excellent customer service to ensure positive guest experiences.
Knowledgeable of all current marketing events happening to promote and assist our patrons;
Stands post to ensure alertness in the casino.
