The Quality Assurance Auditor is primarily responsible for conducting audits of LifeShares quality system to assess compliance with LifeShare policies and procedures, government guidelines and laws. In addition, the Internal Quality Auditor will be supporting the management of nonconformances. Also, the Internal Quality Auditor will assist Department Leadership in preparing for and managing external audits i.e., OPTN, CMS, AATB, FDA and tissue processors.

  1. A Bachelors degree is preferred.
  2. RN/LPN licensure in the state of Oklahoma is preferred.
  3. Must have 1-2 years experience in an auditing in a regulated environment.
  4. Must have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures in healthcare and quality.
  5. Must have excellent verbal and communication skills.
  6. Must have the ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
  7. Lean Process Improvement methodology training preferred.
