The executive assistant will provide support for two of our department heads. This is a great opportunity to establish working relationships with high-level executives and contribute to the overall efficiency of our of Suvida Healthcare. The Executive Assistant will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention for details, while adhering to our core beliefs. This person should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to senior and executive leaders. Given the dynamic nature of the executive landscape, we rely on executive assistants to be flexible and consistent while maintaining the confidentiality of high-level systems and operations. Essential responsibilities consist of but not all inclusive:
Provides executive administrative support to the President and Chief Medical Officer Texas Market.
Plan, coordinate and manage all aspects of the Leader's calendars, including organizing meetings and gathering necessary information for meeting preparation.
Respond to inquiries promptly, ask appropriate questions, to understand the request, and use good judgment to prioritize responses timely and set appropriate expectations.
Coordinates meetings with the Leader and their direct reports, along with other individuals both internal and external to our organization.
Manages office projects and conducts special projects as needed.
Provides office training and support for new employees.
Handles all items with confidentiality and discretion with a high degree of accountability.
Uses considerable independent judgment and initiative.
Communicates daily with personnel of all levels in the organization.
Schedule appointments and coordinates arrangements for travel, meetings, and conferences at the executive level.
Plan and organize logistics of large and small, onsite, and offsite events using appropriate resources.
