ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/TASKS:

Provide general mountain information to guests.

Competent with Microsoft Windows and Google Suite.

Assist customers with product selection.

Receiving and handling cash, credit or debit transactions.

Answer phone enquiries regarding skiing services.

Show initiative and follow-through on all routine and special work assignments.

Assist the Ski School Manager with special projects.
-
Provide support to the Ski School Rental Department.

Provide support for all Mission Ridge Departments when needed.

Sell all lesson products and packages to guests

Compile complete knowledge and understanding of all ski school products and effectively interview guests in order to guide them into the most viable lesson purchase.

Compile daily reports and account revenue daily.

Maintain a calm demeanor during times of high stress

Be a competent and willing team player
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
-
High School Diploma or GED equivalent desired.
-
Money handling experience preferred.
-
Experience with Customer Service preferred.
-
Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Window applications.

Ski school experience or knowledge preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Seeing: Must be able to read reports and use computer.
Hearing: Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with coworkers.

Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling
Lifting/Pulling/Pushing
Fingering/Grasping/Feeling: Must be able to write, type, and use phone system.
