We're looking for a Licensed Funeral Director to become our Assistant Manager of Funeral Operations for Dengel and Sons Mortuary. The ideal candidate should not only be passionate about caring for families but also committed to community involvement. • Completion of a two-year degree or specialized course of study related to funeral services.
• Minimum of five years of similar or related experience.
• Licensed funeral director with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Effective communication skills to interact with families, management, and colleagues.
• Ability to work under time constraints, stay organized and prioritize workloads.
• Tolerance for exposure to substances, as required by government regulations.
• Physical capability to occasionally lift, bend, stoop, push, and pull with assistance (up to approximately 400 pounds).
