Employee Classification:  Group III or IV, Hourly, Non-Exempt

Reports to: Ticketing Manager

Pay Range: $15.74 - $18.50/hr

Status: Part Time, Seasonal

TICKET SALES JOB SUMMARY:

Our goal is to provide convenient lift access for all our guests through efficient and friendly service at ticket windows and lift lines.

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/TASKS:

  • The sale of lift tickets to all guests needing one with the use of POS software called Entabeni

  • Complete opening and closing procedures for each day. This may include being outside for short periods of time in inclement weather.

  • Compile daily sales reports and account revenue reports

  • Accurately handling of cash, credit or debit transactions

  • Show initiative and follow through on all routing and special work assignments.

  • Maintain a calm demeanor during times of high stress

  • Be a competent and willing team player

 

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • The ability to communicate with guests and co-workers in an effective manner is necessary.

  • This position requires extensive contact with guests.  

  • A friendly attitude and the ability to always wear a smile is needed.

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • High School diploma or a GED desired.  

  • At least one year of guest service experience or similar experience is preferred

  • Six months to one year experience with Windows and Google Suite based software is preferred.  

  • At least one year of cash handling experience is preferred.

  • Ten-key ability by touch is preferred.

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Seeing:  Must be able to read reports and use computer.

Hearing:  Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with coworkers.
