Required Knowledge:
• Constructions knowledge is required. MUTCD knowledge is preferred.
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read traffic control plans
• Proficient in MS Office applications, google maps, TM Soft (Proprietary Software)

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
• Requires standing for prolonged periods of time
• Requires lifting up 50lb
• Requires using hands to handle, control or lift objects
• Requires being outside and exposed to environmental conditions
• Requires being in construction environment
• Requires repetitive movement
• Exposure to work near moving mechanical parts, heavy equipment and moving vehicular traffic
• Exposure to reasonable noise levels
Education and Experience:
• Minimum High school degree (or equivalent)
• 2-3 year of construction-related experience preferred
• Valid California Driver's License and good driver's record (must be insurable through company policy)
• Dispatching experience preferred
Pay:
The salary wage for candidates is $64,480. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, type and years of experience within the industry, education, etc. Traffic Management, Inc. is a multi-state employer and this salary range may not reflect positions in other states.
