What You'll Do
Join our team in a dynamic dual role where you'll be the heartbeat of our Lino Lakes facility! As the HR/Office Administrative Assistant, you'll be the ambassador for creating an outstanding first impression for our valued guests while also playing a pivotal role in supporting our HR team with administrative tasks, providing timely communications, and supporting employee engagement activities as assigned.
Essential Functions
Office/Front Desk:
- Greet and direct guests through the sign in process.
- Open and close the front lobby area.
- Keep the front area presentable and clean.
- Restock and organize break room supplies and complimentary coffee & snacks.
- Keep common spaces clean, inviting, and organized.
- Order office supplies and manage supply levels.
- Act as the liaison between Asmodee and mail/parcel carriers including receiving and shipping mail/parcels, as well as distributing the daily mail to intended recipients.
- Assist Company Leaders with occasional administrative tasks (meeting scheduling, ordering lunches, expense reports, etc.)
Human Resources Support:
- Collaborate with the HR Generalist in creating and distributing the Weekly Newsletter.
- Support HR Team in organizing company events like quarterly Town Hall, summer Jamboree & Holiday Party.
- Assist the HR Team with administrative tasks such as updating slide decks, creating flyers and announcements for company events, etc.
- Support new hire onboarding support (employee gifts, badge setup, employee photos)
- Coordinate with other business lines to facilitate on-site events/activities. (Example: building tours and inspections, marketing filming sessions, on-site donations events, etc.)
- Create and print ID badges and key fobs for new hires and deactivate badges for all terminated employees.
- Maintains and updates access groups for the building’s security system, in coordination with the Facilities Specialist.
- All other assignments as required by management.
