Job Description

Firespring is looking for a driven individual who will create targeted messaging and walkthroughs in our software system to improve client onboarding, feature adoption and training. You will work closely with our marketing, product development and support teams to create this content and add the final product into the system.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Implement engaging content in key areas based on direction and known friction points.
• Study best practices of Pendo, our digital adoption software, to ensure effective implementation.
• Collaborate with client success and onboarding teams to understand areas of difficulty or extra effort for clients. 
• Work with retention marketing and product development to understand current initiatives and product direction.

Qualifications

• Experience with writing content for a variety of different platforms.
• Quality is job one, and two and three.
• Wise enough to ask the right questions but confident enough to make informed decisions and get started.
• Comfortable using software platforms.
• Self-starter and a team player—you’re ready to hit the ground running.
• Organizer extraordinaire—in fact, it slightly bothers you that this list of bullet points isn't in alphabetical order.
• You are so curious, it’s a good thing you’re not a cat.
