$1,500.00 Target Sign-On Bonus! – Grow your own sign on bonus based on the hours you work! Target rate is $1,500 for full-time hours over first year of employment. You have the power to determine your payout!

Memory Support Caregivers or Assisted Living Caregivers!

Job Duties, but not limited to:

  • Demonstrate/perform assigned duties in a compassionate manner in accordance with the mission/values of Evangelical Homes of Michigan
  • Supports a dignified and caring atmosphere with residents, residents’ families, visitors and staff.
  • Assists residents with activities of daily living, as necessary.
  • Observes the health and emotional condition of each resident, promptly reporting all changes.
  • Provides medication reminders as defined in the procedure manual. Exhibits understanding of and follows medication policies and procedures.


  • CPR Certification is required. EHM Senior Solutions will pay for cost of approved course, upon hire, if not already certified. 
  • Customer service preferred
  • Knowledge of dementia particularly of the Alzheimer’s type is helpful.
  • One (1) year work experience in direct care service with older adults preferred but not required.
  • Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to help all residents.
  • Must be able to relate information concerning a resident’s condition.
