Adomni is looking for a detail-oriented Ad Ops and Supply Management Specialist to join the operations team. The primary objective for this role is to ensure that ad campaigns that Adomnis managed services team is handling are delivered in full. When issues arise that impact the health or feasibility of the ad campaign, the Ad Ops and Supply Management Specialist will send prompt communication to the appropriate account managers and/or supply partner liaisons.

The secondary objective of this position is to assist with inventory of screens/devices. In this role, you will conduct the onboarding of new digital out of home devices, which entails the preparation of import spreadsheets of device data to load into the Adomni platform. You will also manage pre-existing devices to ensure that the data remains accurate and deprecate devices that are no longer valid.

Common activities include:

  1. Overseeing existing campaigns while they are running.

  2. Troubleshooting issues that might affect the fulfillment of the campaigns objectives.

  3. Interfacing with account manager team members to coordinate activities or share important information about a campaign.

  4. Building new import spreadsheets of new digital out of home screens/devices

  5. Interfacing with Adomnis supply partners regarding new devices being onboarded or troubleshooting of existing devices

This role requires high attention-to-detail, an analytical mind and the ability to comfortably juggle multiple interactions and projects simultaneously, with a positive attitude. Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required.


Director of Operations and Content


  1. Interface with ad ops team if there are issues that need technical troubleshooting

  2. Interface with supply partners

  3. Sets regular check-in meetings with account managers and creates follow-up appointments and reminders

  4. Analyze and evaluate campaign health and performance

  5. Assist account management team to deliver 100% of the spend goals of all campaigns

  6. Provide Adomnis product team with feedback on tools / reports that are missing or need to be updated


  1. Ability to learn new software systems quickly

  2. Strong analytical skills

  3. Expert knowledge using Microsoft Excel to analyze and share data

  4. Excellent listener and note-taker

  5. Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  6. Comfort in a fast-paced environment

  7. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings

  8. Comfortable with Google suite, including Docs, Sheets and Slides

  9. Experience with Asana for project management and Slack for communication is a PLUS


  1. 5+ years in ad ops, financial auditing or comparable large data analytics roles

  2. Experience with out of home advertising or programmatic advertising is a huge PLUS.

  3. Experience working at or with an advertising agency is a huge PLUS.
