JOB SUMMARY

Adomni is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our CEO as well as field inbound client inquiries

REPORTS TO

CEO

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners

  2. Attend in-person and virtual meetings and take notes/meeting minutes

  3. Liaison with CEO and other members of the executive team while they are traveling to coordinate various needs such as replying to clients/prospects or data entry of campaign briefs

  4. Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner

  5. Manage calendars and set up meetings for CEO

  6. Make travel and accommodation arrangements

  7. Assist with expense recording and receipts in Expensify

  8. Field inbound calls, provide assistance and when necessary, route them accordingly

  9. Field inbound live chats, provide assistance and when necessary, route them accordingly

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  1. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and organizational skills.

  2. Self-starter attitude and track record for seamlessly executing quickly on complex projects with minimal guidance.

  3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced evolving environment; resourceful and flexible, adapting to new challenges.

  4. Detail-oriented, skilled in analytics, with an ability to think strategically.

  5. Mature judgment and discretion in keeping sensitive information confidential.

  6. A collaborative, can-do attitude; willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.

  7. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, and Asana.

  8. Excellent verbal and written communications skills


EXPERIENCE

  1. 4+ Years of Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role

  2. Worked with a distributed team

  3. Working at a startup is a PLUS.

LOCATION

Adomni office in Las Vegas, Nevada is preferred. Remote is available for the right candidate.
