REPORTS TO

Chief Operations Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Provision and configure new computer equipment for staff

  2. Oversee key software platforms such as Office 365 and the email accounts of the staff

  3. Develop policies surrounding cybersecurity measures and internet usage safety

  4. Conduct training sessions on cybersecurity and best practices to avoid falling victim to scams

  5. Be the primary IT support to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues on PC/macOS workstations and infrastructure hardware

  6. Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues via phone, in-person, or electronically

  7. Develop and maintain documentation for procedures and user resolution documentation

  8. Log bugs and enhancement requests

  9. Ability to work calmly in high-pressure situations and manage multiple ongoing projects

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  1. Strong technology background

  2. Strong documentation and visual diagramming skills

  3. Excellent interpersonal skills

  4. Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking

  5. In-depth knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, Office 365, Google Suit, iOS and Android

  6. Up to date with the current cybersecurity measures

EXPERIENCE

  1. 5+ experience working as IT Support

  2. Experience working at a startup is a PLUS.

  3. Experience in using Confluence, Slack, and Asana is a huge PLUS
