Organ Recovery Coordinator - Night Shift

This is not your typical critical care role. Our Organ Recovery Coordinators are members of an elite team of professionals that coordinate the entire process around organ recovery at our partner hospitals. This includes responding to initial donor referrals, evaluating potential donors, obtaining family consent, completing medical/social history forms, organ donor medical management, allocating organs, and responding to organ offers from distant OPOs.

- LPNs, Paramedics, Registered Nurses or Registered Respiratory Therapists with at least 2 years of critical care experience
- Ability to work with medical professionals on all levels
- Ability to work a demanding call schedule
- Handle high stress situations in a clinical environment
- Attention to detail on documentation
- Have attained or able to attain their BLS in one year
