What you will do
- Provide engineering support to manufacturing floor (drawings, technical problem solving etc.).Work closely with Plant Manager and on-site Industrial Engineer on preparing BC2 production for existing products.
- Work closely with the BEGA Design Engineering team to develop plans for product launch using BEGAs New Product Delivery System for second site product types.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating product designs with BEGA Sustaining Engineering team.
- Coordinate and establish roles and responsibilities on New Product Introductions (including prototypes, NRTL testing and pilot builds) for BC2.
- Develop a deep understanding of required standards for luminaires, wood products, furniture, and materials.
- Ensures a safe, secure, and legal work environment.

Position Dimensions
- Position is for Broomfield, CO location.
- Initial training and two to three weeks annual travel to BEGA Carpinteria, CA headquarters.
- Some initial travel may be required for job site visits and conferences.
Salary Range
$64,800.00 - $81,180.00 Annually, depending on experience/qualifications, this range reflects the negotiable range for hire. The top of the range $97,470.00 is reserved for salary advancement and growth for this position.
