Disability Help Group is one of the nation’s premier disability advocacy companies.  We are based in Plantation, Florida but we represent thousands of disabled veterans throughout the United States.   We are currently hiring Veterans’ Disability advocates to join our distinguished team. Our company is committed to remote work for all of our employees.  Accordingly, the position will be a work from home position.

  • Advising clients at all stages of the disability process.
  • Preparing and presenting appeals and hearings.
  • Developing evidence from independent sources.

Qualifications required:

  • Active state bar license and in good standing to practice law.
  • We would prefer a VA-accredited candidate with veterans’ disability experience.  However, we have trained attorneys to become veterans’ advocates in the past and for the right candidate, we would make that investment again.  Therefore, if a candidate does not have veterans’ disability experience, they should have at least, two years of general litigation experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A dedicated home office work space.
  • A strong desire to help people.

Qualifications considered:

  • Prior service in the United States Military.
  • Membership in the National Organization of Veterans’ Advocates.
  • Fluency in languages besides English.
