SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
~ Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments/seal logs/inspections
~ Prepare items for shipment/arrange for transportation of products
~ Leading of monthly and fiscal inventory
~ Inventory transfers using RF Smart system
~ Loading and Unloading trailers and matching materials to the packing slips issued
~ Organizing shipments and maintaining knowledge of ever-changing requirements
~ Communicating with all machine areas and upper management as needed, including
with other facilities within the company
~ Assisting the shipping manager with any duties pertinent
~ All employees are required to perform light janitorial work in their area, such as
cleaning before, during and after operation to keep our facility to food service packaging
standards.
~ An active working knowledge of our Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Sitting or standing for long periods of time, ability to
hear well and communicate over the telephone and computer

MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: Basic writing, reading and math skills are required to
fill out paperwork. Ability to perform quality control on incoming/outgoing material and
trailers against Food Service policies is necessary. Prepare documents such as bills of
lading, and use knowledge of shipping procedures, routes and rates. Ability to
comprehend and comply with the Quality Manual, Food Safety Standards, Floor Manual
and Handbook are a must.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
