PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Sitting or standing for long periods of time, ability to
hear well and communicate over the telephone and computer
MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: Basic writing, reading and math skills are required to
fill out paperwork. Ability to perform quality control on incoming/outgoing material and
trailers against Food Service policies is necessary. Prepare documents such as bills of
lading, and use knowledge of shipping procedures, routes and rates. Ability to
comprehend and comply with the Quality Manual, Food Safety Standards, Floor Manual
and Handbook are a must.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
