E-commerce Product Specialist Assistant

In partnership with the Product Specialist, support the success and growth of the DSMNY E-Shop.

Key Responsibilities

  • In partnership with the E-Shop Product Specialist, owns the seasonal product upload calendar and tracker to ensure all merchandise is live and accurate on the DSMNY E-Shop.
  • Executes consistent Product Uploads based off of priorities set by the Product Specialist- this includes weekly hype launches.
  • General platform maintenance, including visual merchandising, copy & pricing.
  • Executes discount strategy given by the Product Specialist during sale seasons.
  • In partnership with the Global E-Shop team & product specialist, executes site design updates.

Key Deliverables:

  • Assist in Ecommerce product launches, adhering to a strict launch schedule while always meeting brand expectations.]
  • Logistics management
  • Work closely with the warehouse to ensure all incoming and outgoing product is handled and processed accurately and timely
  • Exceptional customer service internally and externally- this role interfaces with our internal merchandising team as well as our external vendors on a regular basis.


  • A highly motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility and the ability to converse with all levels both internally and externally.
  • Must be energetic and self-motivated. Willing to do whatever is required to get the job done.
  • Decisive, structured and organized, with a keen eye for detail
  • Performs as a team-player.


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Excel
  • General knowledge of Shopify is a must.
