IE Intern 2024

The Industrial Engineering Intern is responsible for closely collaborating with the Industrial Engineering Manager to identify problems present in current processes and determine solutions to increase efficiency. This individual will:

• Learn our processes by shadowing:
  • Production Management and Supervision Roles
  • All Production Departments
  • Indirect Production: Engineering, Drafting, Administration
  • Field Installation
• Integrate CNC and production management software.
• Choose two (2) larger projects to complete during the internship timeframe and a 3rd to investigate/initiate. 
• Choose two (2) topics you would like to learn/research more about related to the Precast Concrete Industry.
• Present research and project results to production and administrative team.
• Learn about the growing precast industry.

• Must be currently enrolled in a college program related to Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial and Systems Engineering, Industrial Technology Management, or Industrial Engineering.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Preferably Junior or Senior standing.
