Pagosa Springs Medical Center has an opening for a Full-Time Emergency Medicine Physician. Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine or have extensive Emergency Medicine experience. Full-time is generally 10 to 12 shifts per month with an equitable mix of days, nights, weekends and holidays. PSMC will provide professional liability insurance coverage, a relocation stipend of $10,000 payable after relocation and two weeks after starting work, and a CME allowance of $6,000 annually (gross and subject to taxes) for full-time physicians. Compensation is $175 per hour for day shifts and $180 per hour for night shifts. PSMC’s full-time positions include the following benefits: health insurance plans with medical, dental and vision; and options for Health Savings account (HSA) or Flexible Health Saving account (FSA). PSMC and Provider each contribute 6% of earnings to a 401a Retirement subject to I.R.S. contribution and compensation limits and five-year vesting. Voluntary participation in 457 plan.
