Job Title: Platform Product Manager

Reports To: VP of Product

Supervision: No

This position is responsible for setting the strategy and direction of our data and integration products. This includes gathering and prioritizing market requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering to deliver winning products. It also includes working with sales, marketing and client support to ensure revenue, customer and partner satisfaction goals are met.



· Identify market problems and customer goals to be addressed

· Develop product strategy & roadmaps based on the needs of the markets we serve

· Develop satisfaction programs in order to identify improvement opportunities

· Work with development, prospects, customers, partners, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure proper requirements are captured and prioritized

· Collaborate with Marketing to develop training, sales, and marketing collateral

· Demonstrate thought leadership with how we address key market problems and needs

· Act as a subject matter expert for the integrations, brands and partners we serve

· Oversee launch process for product releases to confirm successful delivery of new product capabilities from concept to post launch delivery

· Generating user stories with acceptance criteria and creating supporting documentation

· Responsible for market requirements, pricing, sizing and competitive analysis

· Support strategic sales & partnership opportunities

· Act as a leader for the product’s success within the company

· Build and own the relationship of key data partners in the industry



· Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in relevant business or technical field

· 3+ years hands-on experience managing B2B SaaS products

· Must be able to communicate effectively with technical and business resources

· Proven ability to establish trusted, effective relationships across diverse sets of stakeholders

· Proven ability to lead without direct authority

· Familiarity with Agile development process preferred

· Creative thinker with critical analysis and problem-solving skills, along with flexibility/adaptability and knack for thinking on your feet


Working Conditions

· Travel may be necessary to complete job duties

· May work beyond normal working hours, on weekends and holidays, and/or in other positions when necessary
