We are seeking a Information Center Team Lead who can direct day to day activities of the information center functions helping us achieve clean energy and equity solutions.

We welcome candidates from backgrounds. While our physical offices are in Madison, WI and Chicago, IL, we have remote staff in many other states and welcome candidates from anywhere in the continental U.S.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Lead daily operations of the information services team
  • Respond, research, route and track customer inquiries
  • Assist in leading the departments’ functional and processing activities

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 to 5 years customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to be analytical and make sound judgement
  • Effective team building and organizational skills
