Hiring Criteria
The following are the minimum qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.
Education & Certifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; First Aid & CPR; 2 years college in behavioral science preferred.
Experience & Background: Must be 21 years of age. Must be able to address special needs and issues of developmentally disabled people. Must have experience with group supervision. Pediatric (EMSA) First Aid and Pediatric (EMSA) CPR certifications required.
