As a Senior Product Manager, this person is a blend of strategy and execution. They will align with their Director of Product and Product Leader to remain engrained in the overarching Product Strategy. This role directly owns the successful technical and commercial delivery of their assigned Product verticals. They must know the market and customer needs better than they know themselves. They will create the Product Roadmap for their respective verticals and must be able to clearly articulate benefit and prioritization justification, serving as the evangelist across their team to both internal and external parties.

Product Management defines what must be built based on a gained understanding of the customer end user & buyer voice, market trends, and company strategy. They will partner with the business cross functional team and with the engineering organization to drive a design that meets the customer need. This role will be accountable for driving execution and mitigating risk in both the IT delivery and Go To Market readiness execution plans for the Product verticals managed by their team. They are responsible for removing project blockers and serving as the Product and thought leader for their vertical.

What you can expect:

  • Product Management at AccessOne is a new organization as a whole. This role is a key team member who will serve as an evangelist of the Products and the organization itself. This person must have strengths in understanding the customer, their needs and how to translate this into a Product Vision, then fully execute that vision through Product technical delivery and commercial launch.
  • This person may have direct reports such as a Product Analyst to support large verticals.
  • Given this is a growing organization, this person cannot be afraid to roll up sleeves and wear many hats.

What you bring:

  • 3+ years SaaS/Software Product Management experience with proven history of increasing responsibility
  • Expert in Agile delivery process; 3+ years in leading IT Project delivery
  • Expert in human-centered Product Management methodology
  • Experience leading Voice of Customer programs including Customer Advisory Boards, Webinars, and/or focus sessions.
  • Personable, with ability to build relationships quickly.
  • Expert in leading multiple initiatives with competing priorities
  • A Bachelors degree or equivalent education, work experience
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, such as JIRA / Confluence / Visio
  • Experience leading the design of and measurement of effective user experience
  • Must be a team player, strong collaboration and background in leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • ROI / Fact-based decision-making skills

  • Experience in Healthcare, FinTech, EDI File Management
