4 - 6 years of experience coordinating or executing community development programs in a professional setting OR Possession of a Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field
Experience working in Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) communities; demonstrated cultural competency

Excellent organizational skills; detail oriented and conscientious.
