Position Purpose

Responsible for assisting with accounting and reporting functions, financial and operational analysis. 


Essential Functions:

  • Attendance
  • Remain Compliant with drug and alcohol policies
  • Maintain work productivity over differing conditions
  • Adhere to all state and company policies and procedures


Principal Accountabilities:

  • Assist with the month end / year end closing activities including bank and other account reconciliations, transaction research, period ending reports, etc. by the 10th business day following month end.
  • Responsible for processing payroll on a bi-weekly basis, including importing data and reconciling totals to Paycom.
  • Process and submit weekly & monthly supplier rebates and expense billbacks
  • Assist with the annual budget process templates and imports
  • Assist with industry financial reporting – NBWA, Gov’t, Keg groups, etc.
  • Backup for inventory purchase confirmations
  • Assist with understanding and improving processes in the accounting department ensuring organizational efficiency and recommend changes to improve internal controls and financial performance.
  • Assist with workpaper preparation and documentation for the year-end and 401(k) audits
  • Assist CEO, President, CFO, Managers and Supervisors and other staff as necessary and adheres to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications: 4-year business degree preferred. Minimum 2 college level accounting courses. Must complete and pass a pre-hire skills test.
