The Processing Specialist I will collaborate with the donor relations team and corporate partners to build and manage successful workplace campaigns and client relationships. The Processing Specialist I will manage a portfolio that will include local and national workplace campaign accounts and will be responsible for the timely and accurate management of overall online pledging set-up, processing of pledges, and customer support. This requires strong computer aptitude with the ability to easily learn new programs, databases, and procedures in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment. The Processing Specialist I will understand and adhere to the organizations data management policy and procedures and will assist with data clean-up projects.
Essential Functions
- Meet with company/campaign staff for data needs (campaign dates, personalized pledge forms, site customization, web permissions, predetermined e-communicationkick-off and retention emails)
- Manage and monitor campaign dates relevant to receipt of employee roster file, campaign kick-off, close and payroll file due dates to ensure timely delivery of set-up, close and payroll due dates
- Review data files from and to assigned companies ensuring complete and accurate information
- Configure and import data files
- Prepare customized step-by-step written instructions for the online giving process as requested
- Configure company website: Import employee roster file into campaign management system; create user IDs and passwords, create the workplace campaign, create web envelopes, set up administrator permissions and reports; send test and kick-off emails to the company and DR contacts for approval
- Create, validate, and provide payroll files to corporate partners at the close of the campaign
- Provide Tier 1 customer support related to issues with workplace campaign set-up, donor issues, reporting, work with our internal and external corporate teams to identify root cause of issues and offer and implement solutions
- Data entry of pledges, adjustments, and designation changes as needed
- Provide general audit support
