- Spanish/English Bilingual proficiency is preffered.
- Minimum of 12 ECE units with an associate permit.
- Preferred experience with children on the Autism Spectrum and challenging behavior.
- Demonstrated understanding of child development and appropriate practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, showing initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to travel to different sites.
- Warm and welcoming demeanor with a genuine desire to provide compassionate 1:1 care.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices.
- Strong organizational, observation, and documentation skills.
