We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to be the liaison between the business units, technology teams, and support teams to understand business patterns and trends within consumer behavior data. Work with internal stakeholders to support ad-hoc requests. This person should have the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects while producing high-quality deliverables. This individual will coordinate and collaborate with sales teams to answer any data-related questions.



  • Data analysis

    • Analyze data to discover meaningful relationships, anomalies, and trends.

    • Validate dashboards, Identify data quality challenges and perform root cause analysis.

    • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

  • Cross-functional collaboration

    • Timely Respond to the sales teams tickets to answer any data-related questions.

    • Collaborate with data engineers to test reporting tables based on source data and assist in improving the overall data process



  • Familiarity with SQL and ability to write SQL to interpret the raw data and identify any patterns in it to provide clarity to the non-technical audience.

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel Formulas.

  • Ability to perform data validation/ QA for BI projects.

  • Working Knowledge or Understanding of development in BI tools is highly preferred.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, Strong analytical skills, work ethic, problem-solving ability, effective communication skills, and overall positive attitude.

  • Has a degree in Data/Business Analytics or a related field.
