Position Overview:
The position of Part- Time Distribution Center Team Member is responsible for system and/or manual tasks to support inbound, inventory and outbound operations such as receiving, sorting, quality assurance, put away, picking, packing, and shipping. This is a non-exempt, non-supervisory position, reporting directly to a Distribution Center Supervisor.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accuracy and quality while meeting or exceeding production metrics
- Preparing customer orders in functional area (Receiving, Stocking, Picking, Packing, etc.)
- Occasionally using computer system to coordinate location transfer and replenishment of inventory
- Performing housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe environment
- Fostering a positive, collaborative work culture
- Complying with all company personnel policies and practices as well as all federal, state, and local standards/requirements
- Other duties as assigned
