- Operations
- Responsible for maintaining all operations standards during their shift including menu execution, sanitation, plate presentation and food safety
- Diligently ensures that we are always serving safe food
- Ensures the sanitation, maintenance and organization of the Tasting Room kitchen; including: appliances, floors, dish area, coolers, all food storage areas
- Execute all planned events per the printed BEOs provided by the Private Events Manager
- Assists with keeping pars to ensure we carry a responsible amount of product for all events on campus
- Provide and maintain a safe and secure working environment
- Other duties and tasks as assigned
- & Controls
- Assists Executive Banquet Chef with monthly inventory of all food items
- Assists Executive Banquet Chef with receiving and inspecting all incoming orders
- Responsible for keeping waste at a minimum to keep food costs in line
Inspects the entire kitchen at the end of each shift to ensure sanitation levels and safety standards are being met
