Our CT Restoration & Construction Project Managers assist our customers with everything from residential repairs/remodels, flood & fire repair, water mitigation, roofing repair & installation.
The CT Restoration & Construction Project Manager should have experience in general construction with knowledge of restoration construction.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assemble detailed and accurate project estimates.
- Job site visits
- Coordinate subcontractors
- Material selections
- Quality control
- Meet job deadlines.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Simultaneously oversee multiple residential & commercial projects
- Manage high risk and complex projects.
- Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, and insurance companies.
- Provide technical explanations to clients, adjusters, consultants, and others.
- Coordinate job starts and schedule appointments with customers and clients.
- Coordinate work duties with subcontractors and field personnel
- Provide constructive feedback and direction to complete tasks on time and within budget.
- Secure applicable permits
- Meet with inspectors as required.
- Coordinate after-hours emergency services as directed, including board-ups, water damage, fire and smoke damage, and vandalism.
- Stay up to date with the accident and injury policy and incident reporting procedures.
- Implement site-specific safety plans.
