As a Physician Auditioning Student, you will work alongside the provider to practice your clinical skills in an integrated medical setting with HealthLincs largely underserved patient population, while enhancing patient communication, history taking, physical examination, patient-centered care, Social Determinants of Health (SDOH), etc.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Training

• MD or DO student in good standing at an accredited Medical School required
• Must be entering your fourth year of medical school
• Must have passed Step I or COMLEX I prior to starting rotation.

Experience

• Must have a strong interest in Family Medicine and in our residency program

Job Requirement

• Audition rotations generally run from July through December
• Applicant must fill out the request for rotation in its entirety
• Requests are taken on a first come first serve basis.
• Housing is not provided by HealthLinc and will be the responsibility of the applicant
• Must be up to date on all immunizations including COVID 19 vaccination
• Must complete all HealthLinc pre-employment requirements
• HealthLinc must have an affiliation agreement in place between HealthLinc and the medical school
• Students not meeting the above criteria will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Technology Skills

• Operate a multi-line phone system and other office equipment including printers, fax machines, etc.
• Basic software skills (Microsoft Office, EHR, online sources, etc.)
