- High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related field is a plus.
- No prior experience as a Mud Logger required, but any relevant experience in the oil and gas industry or a strong interest in geology is advantageous.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software applications, including TLog, MainLog, and Excel.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing situations.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey information and learn from others.
- Punctual, reliable, and committed to maintaining a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team under supervision.
- Willingness to work in a remote and challenging environment, including long hours and potential exposure to harsh weather conditions.
