Our client experience teams of account managers and receptionists are crucial to the success of our clients. As our client support manager, you will be leading these teams who have direct interaction with our clients and guiding them with strategy and direction to ensure consistent and exemplary customer service and ongoing support. You’ll also get the opportunity to work directly with our clients, so be ready to collaborate with our internal teams and support our clients with their various website and marketing projects.

Tasks and Responsibilities
Hire, train, manage and motivate the experience teams to reach KPIs and help our clients achieve success.
Provide day-to-day supervision to ensure wow-worthy client interactions.
Operate in a player/coach capacity and assist with client-facing interactions, troubleshooting requests and projects as needed.
Conduct weekly departmental meetings.
