The ED Registered Nurse provides and administers nursing care to patients in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner; follows proper nursing procedures in accordance with hospital policies and procedures; demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possesses the ability to assess data reflective of the patient’s status and interpret the information needed to identify each patient’s requirements relative to his/her age-specific needs.

• Education/Experience Requirements: BSN preferred. Prefer two (2) years of experience as a registered nurse in the Emergency Department. Prefer two (2) years of experience as a registered nurse.
• Special Skills, Licenses or Certifications: Basic computer knowledge; current RN licensure in the State of Colorado; current BLS certification; current TNCC certification; ACLS, PALS preferred.
• Compensation Range: $33.25 - $43.43 hourly, based on years of experience. PSMC pays an additional $5.00 night shift differential for staff required to work from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• Starting Work Bonus: Applicants are eligible for a starting work bonus of $5,000! Must be hired into a full time position. Part-time or PRN positions are not eligible.
