Education
College degree preferred but not required; Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or one or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrate excellent analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and strong critical thinking skills.
- Entry to mid-level Excel skills as well as other Microsoft products.
- Prefer HRIS experience in systems such as Paycom or ADP
- Proven ability to work both independently on projects and as part of a larger team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The schedule is 20-25 hours a week with a flexible schedule (based on Monday- Friday workweek)
- Is detail-oriented.
- Possesses a high level of confidentiality.
