SRP Companies is seeking to hire a full time Fixture Installer/Retail Merchandiser to complete merchandising resets and install new displays/fixtures.

We pay a competitive hourly wage plus overtime and sales bonuses. As a Route Delivery Driver / Sales Representative / Merchandiser, your earning potential is in the $45,000-$50,000/year range. Platinum Level Service

As a Fixture Installer Retail - Merchandiser you love that you aren't stuck at a desk all day but get to hit the road and experience different routes The ideal candidate will provide outstanding customer service and value to our customers. At customer locations, you install fixtures, complete store resets, and set up promotional materials. To keep everything organized, you conduct end of day reports on business transactions and notify management of any unresolved issues. You take pride in presenting our company professionally and enjoy the opportunity to travel and interact with a variety of people.

With great attention to detail, you maintain an accurate inventory of products. You love being able to be on the road while driving to customer locations to deliver inventory. At customer locations, you also execute the installation of fixtures, store resets, and promotional materials. To keep everything organized, you conduct end of day reports on business transactions and notify management of any unresolved issues. In this merchandising position, you enjoy interacting with customers and take pride in presenting a good company image.

We are looking for a candidate to be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license and a good driving record. The qualified candidate will have the ability to lift 50 pounds and bend, push, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time, be tech savvy (smartphone apps, Outlook, Excel, and Zoom).

This position has a typical Monday-Friday schedule with the day starting at 6am. You will need to have the flexibility to work 50 hours a week in all weather conditions. This position requires extensive overnight travel. You are away from home Monday - Friday every week.
