The Bible Curriculum Development Specialist works with the Educational Content team to develop AiG’s curricula. This person is responsible for developing and writing educational materials for elementary through high school ages in multiple areas of Bible, history, and apologetics. These may include such things as Christian school curriculum, program curriculum, homeschool curriculum, and online education. This position will allow one to impact others through a service mindset centered on making an eternal difference. This position should display our Core Values of SERVE (Serve, Equip, Relate, Value, Engage) when interfacing with both internal and external customers to ensure that the message and mission of Answers in Genesis is portrayed in an effective and God-honoring fashion. Responsibilities
- Collaborate within department in the day-to-day operations with the overall development of a SERVE culture
- Promote the mission and standards of Answers in Genesis.
- Create a SERVE culture environment in all work done.
- Approach all tasks with a second-mile mindset
- Prioritize personal integrity in all interactions and assignments
- Design and implement instructional strategies for AiG’s growing Educational Content department
- Develop and write curricula for various age and grade levels with Bible and apologetics integration
- Develop and write curricula for Christian school, homeschool, and online education
- Develop and write curricula for existing and future programs
- And all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
