The ideal candidate for this role will have 2-3 years of comprehensive fundraising experience, with a strong background in email marketing and social media platforms. Experience planning events is a plus. Proficiency with Bloomerang or similar Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) as well as communications and website software required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fundraising or donor communications.
- Excellent written and oral communication, editing, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects with a high attention to detail.
- Experience with Bloomerang or similar CRM, website management software, social media platforms, and email marketing software preferred.
- Maintain professionalism, accountability, and confidentiality at all times.
- Commitment to and passion for HIAS Pennsylvania’s mission to advocate for immigrants.
- Ability to work occasional weekends or evenings for events required.
